Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via DHL from Antigua and Barbuda.
Shipping Rates & Destinations We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $25.00 to $50.00 USD depending on the destination. We currently ship to the following regions:
- Caribbean — Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guiana (French), Martinique, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago
- United States
- Europe — Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and more
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination after dispatch. As a general guide:
- Caribbean: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rate.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at raynesrawproducts@gmail.com. We will work with DHL to resolve the issue.
