These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website raynesrawproducts.com (the "Site") and any purchases of products made through the Site, operated by Rayne's RAW Products ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), a business located and operating in York's Village, St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda.

1. Use of the Site

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are handmade natural cold-pressed soaps, body butters, lotions, balms, and other personal care items crafted with natural ingredients.
  • Product descriptions, ingredients, scents, colors, and images are provided in good faith. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in appearance, scent strength, or texture may occur—these are not defects.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (including those placed using multiple accounts) for reasons such as pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to verify information.
  • Orders are offers to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment or send an order confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in [XCD (Eastern Caribbean Dollar) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through Shopify Payments or other available gateways (e.g. PayPal).
  • You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including taxes and fees.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors; we may cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.
  • We ship from Antigua and Barbuda. Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. We are not liable for delays or seizures by customs authorities.
  • We recommend tracking your package and providing a safe delivery address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products (hygiene and safety reasons), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, allergic reactions, or preference issues once the product has been opened or used.
  • We will consider returns/refunds only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped). Contact us within [7-14 days] of receipt with photos/proof of the issue.
  • Approved returns may result in a refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping fees) or store credit/exchange, at our discretion. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Our products are made with natural ingredients and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. They are cosmetic/personal care items only.

  • We make no warranties (express or implied) regarding suitability for your skin type, absence of allergens, or specific results. Ingredients lists are provided; always review them.
  • Products are sold "as is." We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or any related claims (including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, or financial loss). Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
